Daughter Martha married James Egerton and
they gave their nine children the names of several of their ancestors, including
the name of Elizabeth Champion Egerton to their second-born. Also, wife Elizabeth
was born to Benjamin Champion and Elizabeth
Williams, the daughter of Mary Williams, hence the name given to Martha's fourth
daughter, Mary Williams Egerton. |

Daughter Ann was the first wife of Wilmot Egerton, the youngest child of
John Egerton, Jr.. They married in Jan 1778.
After her death he married a widow of another Judkins who had a son named Phillip
Moody Judkins. On Apr 18, 1808 he married again to Priscilla Riggan.
In 1811, a daughter of Ann Judkins inherited the old "Egerton Place" in Warren Co. NC. |
