Burke County by a Precept to me [?] Entered the 5th Day of March 1800 No 836.
I have caused to be laid off and surveyed for William Loving thirty acres of land
lying in the County aforesaid on the South Side of Mulberry Creek Between his own
line and George D. Tuckers Beginning at black oak his own corner running South
Ten Chains to a White oak in Tucker's line then West with said line thirty Chains
to a Spanish Oak in Greenlee line then North with said line Ten Chains to a Pine
knob his own corner then East Thirty Chains to the Beginning. Surveyd the 15th
Day of September 1800. W. White [Ds?]
