A Memorial exhibited by William Alston, to be registered
in the Audition Office, [?.] of a plantation or tract of land containing one
thousand acres, situate in Craven County, in Prince George Parish: Bounding
N.W. on Mr. Poultreys[?] land, S.W. on Maurice Simons land, N.E. on Mr.
Brittons land, S.E. on John Deas land, and all other sides on vacant lands:
Survey certified the 18th Dec 1769, and granted the 30th day of Dec 1769
to the Memorialist. Peter Belin, D.S.
50 Acres.
Of a plantation or tract of land containing fifty
acres, situate in Craven County, on Kolbs Neck, on the S.W. side of
Pee Dee River: Bounded N.E. by Jacob Hams land, N.W. by James Keiths land,
S.W. by John Holloways land, and S.E.
by Abel Waddles land: Survey certified the 7th of Feby. 1770 and granted the
15th day of Feby. 1770 to the Memorialist.

Of a plantation or tract of land containing one
thousand nine hundred and thirty nine acres, situate in Craven County,
(originally surveyed for 1050 acres) but contained within the lines of
the same 1939 acres: Bounded East on vacant land, South on vacant land,
W. on land of Walter Izard, all other sides by Pee Dee River: Survey
certified 2d day of February 1770 to the Memorialist: All which
three tracts of land above mentioned were granted the 15th day of
Febraury 1770 to the Memorialist, at the quit rent of 3/ sterling or 4/
Proc. Money [?] 100 acres, to commence two years from the date. In which
whereof he hath hereunto set his hands the 16th of Feby. 1770.
