Agreement re: Mark Iler Estate

It having been agreed by us between Abraham Iler one of the sons of Mark Iler dec'd and Jacob Iler one other of the sons of the said Mark dec'd that an equal division of the Estate of Jonas Iler one other of the sons of dec'd Mark (which sd Jonas is believed to be dead) shall be made as between the said Abraham and Jacob which said Estate is now in the hands of the undersigned Job Routh or part thereof. - For that purpose and to facilitate the settlement and division of the said Estate it is agreed that the said Abraham shall be at liberty to take out letters of administration of the Estate of the said Jonas he making the division aforesaid and that thereupon the said Estate be delivered over to the said Abraham for the purposes aforesaid.

In witness whereof we have hereunto let our hand and our seals this 7th day of September 1805.-
