On Jul 5, 1788, "Jaime Glasacock" arrived in Natchez from the District of Kentucky with 5 children and no adult females. In a letter dated Mar 2, 1790, from Carlos de Grand-Pré, Natchez, to Governor Don Estavan Miro, the amount of tobacco was reported by growers of Natchez. An "M. Glascock" produced 3,100 pounds of tobacco [MS Dept of Archives & History, website].
On Dec 26, 1788, possible son William Glasscock was among the buyers of "sundry mares and horses" for sale by John Pickens who was ill and made his will and died on the 18th of the following month [McBee, Natchez Court Records, Book D, pp. 36-7, 50].
A James Glasscock was one of the creditors of a William Henderson, deceased, according to a 1791 list sent by Henderson to a John O'Connor, who certified it to the court in May 1793 [McBee, Natchez Court Records, Book E, p. 315].
A James Glasscock was mentioned in a Natchez court record dated Apr 22, 1793. According to ancestors of his daughter Anna who married a Mr. Settoon, James received a Spanish land grant and lived in the Natchez Miss. Territory between 1789 and 1801.
In Oct 1794, James Glascock is listed as one of many debtors of Benjamin Monsanto, who lived on St. Catherine's Creek in Natchez, but died in New Orleans. His will was proven Nov 5, 1794.

They baptised a son at 3 months old on Apr 5, 1801 in Natchez under the name "Bartolomeo Azituno" and another son, "Elijah Letune" born at Natchez Mar 9, 1803, batised Apr 17, 1803 - English surname being "Settoon" and Anna's husband determined to be John Settoon [Glascock, genealogy.com forum reply].
Daughter Priscilla married Elija Phipps on May 14, 1796.
Son John "of Virginia a Protestant" married "Sarah Lanier of Georgia" on Jan 17, 1797. Witnesses were Thomas Glascock and John Lanier (brother of Sara and Nancy) of Georgia [Glascock, genealogy.com forum reply].
